Refund Policy
In the case of returning or exchanging the product, you must email us first to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us. The shipping charges/costs that we initially charge is not refundable. If you receive free shipping for the order and return the product, the initial shipping cost we paid to ship the products to you is not refundable. All returns is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the returned product must be in unused, original condition. We will not take any returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale. Used products or products returned with missing parts are not returnable & not refundable. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchanges. Once we receive the products back, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be sent back to the same form of the payment used.
NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDER, NON-STOCKED, SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. No returns are allowed on electronics items such as hardware or software tuners. NO Refunds on Design and/or Engineering Services.
We ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card. If you have a different ship-to address, you will be contacted for by phone to verify further information. We do not store any confidential or sensitive credit card information on our web server hosted by Shopify. All credit cards payments are processed by Shop Pay, a leading Internet payment processor. For their terms or privacy info, please refer to their web site.
For PayPal payments, we only ship to the confirmed shipping address as shown in the PayPal payment.

We reserve the right, but undertake no obligation, to actively report and prosecute actual and suspected credit card fraud. We may, in our sole discretion, require further authorization from you such as a telephone confirmation of your order and other information. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order, if fraud is suspected. We capture certain information during the order process, including, without limitation, information that will be used to locate and identify individuals committing fraud. If any Site order is suspected to be fraudulent, we reserve the right, but undertake no obligation, to submit all records, with or without a subpoena, to all law enforcement agencies and to the credit card company for fraud investigation. We reserve the right to cooperate with authorities to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
